Our prices are based on safety, quality, and comprehensive care. Where possible, we state what is included as standard (such as surgery, anesthesia, admission, check-ups, and aftercare). Because every patient and every procedure is different, the final price may depend on your anatomy, your wishes, and the complexity of the treatment. During the consultation, you will therefore always receive a personalized treatment plan with a clear total price.

Facial ageing is almost never caused by a single issue. The soft tissues of the face descend as a whole, which is why excess skin and loss of contour become especially visible along the jawline and in the neck. The most natural and long-lasting result is achieved by correcting this overall descent, rather than treating only local symptoms.
Over the past 15 years, Dr. Van der Pot and Dr. Ahmed have refined their deep-plane facelift and neck lift techniques to achieve very natural-looking results in a safe manner, with a long-lasting effect.
At Gooimeer Clinics, we almost always treat the face and neck in combination. A facelift without addressing the neck rarely creates a harmonious result. Conversely, an isolated neck correction is only possible in exceptional cases—usually in younger patients with primarily excess volume under the chin. In those cases, a so-called deep neck lift can be performed.
This deep neck lift is also a standard part of our deep-plane facelift, to achieve optimal jawline and neck contour.
Result: long-lasting rejuvenation with improved contour, balance and harmony.

A deep neck lift is a procedure in which all relevant layers are treated through a single small incision in the skin fold under the chin: skin, subcutaneous fat, the neck muscle (platysma), and, if necessary, the salivary glands. The goal is to create a tight, deep angle between the jaw and neck, which creates a beautiful profile when viewed from the side.
This technique is usually performed as part of a deep-plane facelift, but can also be performed as a standalone procedure in selected young patients. The anatomical change is permanent, which means that a full double chin will not return.

When there is sagging of the jawline and neck, it is almost always the result of a general sagging of tissues from higher up in the face. A simple way to recognise this yourself is as follows: place your index fingers on your cheekbones and your thumbs on the corners of your jaw and gently slide the tissue upwards. You will see that the jawline and neck immediately become tighter. At the same time, there is often a small excess of tissue at the temples.
If this manoeuvre causes folds to appear in the temple region, a temporal lift can be a valuable addition to your facelift.
The principle is similar to ironing a tablecloth: if you want to remove a crease, you have to smooth it out all the way to the edge. The same applies to a facelift. By subtly extending the incision at the temple along the hairline, we can distribute the tissue neatly. This ensures a smoother transition and an even more natural end result, without visible extra scars.
Result:
A smooth, harmonious rejuvenation of the face, neck and temple region.

As we age, our earlobes become longer and more flaccid. In addition, years of wearing earrings can cause the hole to stretch or even pull toward the lower edge of the earlobe. Although this is often a subtle detail, it can be particularly noticeable on an otherwise rejuvenated face.
During a facelift, the incision is made around the ear anyway. This is therefore the ideal time to correct the earlobe and bring it into balance with the renewed face and neck, without any additional visible scars.
During an earlobe correction, excess tissue is removed and the earlobe is reshaped to a natural, youthful proportion. If desired, the earring hole can be repaired or repositioned immediately.
Result: A subtle but important refinement, in which the face, neck, and earlobes are rejuvenated in harmony.

An upper eyelid correction is a relatively minor procedure with a short recovery time, but with a major impact on your appearance. Excess skin on the upper eyelids can make you look tired or heavy-eyed and sometimes even restrict your vision.
Dr. Van der Pot and Dr. Ahmed have extensive experience in aesthetic eyelid surgery and perform many upper and lower eyelid corrections every year. During these procedures, the skin, muscle, and fat are carefully analyzed and corrected where necessary.

Lower eyelid correction is technically more complex than upper eyelid correction. It is important to be careful when removing skin, because too much skin can lead to a pulling lower eyelid.
Instead, the fat that protrudes under the eye is moved to fill the groove under the brow. In addition, the circular muscle around the eye is strengthened to provide optimal support for the lower eyelid. This approach creates a fresh, natural look without an “operated” appearance.
