In an endoscopic approach to a brow lift, the eyebrow is detached from the deep layer via a 2-3 cm incision in the temple region (in the hairy area). This is done using a camera, which provides constant visibility. The eyebrow is then fixed in a higher position with sutures, focusing on turning the side of the eyebrow outwards and upwards. Once healed, the scar is practically invisible. Of course, you may lose some hair around the scar after the operation, but this is temporary.

With the addition of the forehead lift to the endoscopic brow lift, the entire upper third of the face is addressed. In addition to the incision in the temple region, we will make a few small incisions in the centre of the forehead. These incisions are also strategically placed in the hairy area of the head. This helps to correct any drooping of the central part of your eyebrow.

The skin is then fixed with sutures or dissolvable barbs (endotine). We always strive for a natural and balanced result.

The midface can be accessed via the same incision as the brow lift. These are two relatively small incisions in the temple area. This is a procedure with powerful results, whereby volume can be restored to the cheeks (in a vertical direction). This lifts the volume and creates a balanced look. This procedure is often combined with lipofilling. We use sutures and dissolvable endotine ribbons to secure the lift.

This procedure involves making a series of hidden incisions to lift and rejuvenate the forehead, brow and midface. For women, the effect can be mimicked by wearing a very tight ponytail. This is why this procedure is also known as a ponytail facelift.

This is a complete face and neck lift without scars in front of the ear. The incisions are made in the temple region, above the ear and behind the ear (groove behind the ear), possibly extending to the back of the head. It is important to realise that this procedure is only possible in situations where you do not have too much excess skin. If this is the case, we can of course treat these situations using the open deep plane technique, which also involves tissue preservation. A deep neck lift is a procedure in which all relevant layers are treated through a single small incision in the skin fold under the chin: skin, subcutaneous fat, the neck muscle (platysma), and, if necessary, the salivary glands. The goal is to create a tight, deep angle between the jaw and neck, which creates a beautiful profile when viewed from the side.

This technique is usually performed as part of a deep-plane facelift, but can also be performed as a standalone procedure in selected young patients. The anatomical change is permanent, which means that a full double chin will not return.
