Facial aging does not only occur in the skin, but mainly in the deeper support structures of the face. Over the years, the eyebrows droop, the corners of the eyes close, the cheeks sag, the jawline fades, and the neck loses its firm contour. When only one area is treated, the result can be uneven.

Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction is an integrated approach in which the forehead, eyebrows, corners of the eyes, cheeks, jawline, and neck are treated in conjunction with each other. The goal is not to change the face, but to restore it to its natural, youthful balance. The treatment focuses on repositioning the deep layers, not on tightening or removing skin.

When is this procedure suitable?

This procedure is particularly suitable for:

  • Drooping eyebrows and a more closed-looking gaze

  • Flattened or descended cheeks

  • A deep nasolabial fold

  • Jowls

  • Loss of jawline definition

  • A loose neck

  • Loss of overall facial balance

This technique is best suited for patients with good skin elasticity and limited skin excess. When there is significant skin excess, a classic face lift may sometimes be a better option.

01 Which parts can be combined?

A full-face correction can include:

  • Endoscopic forehead lift

  • Endoscopic temporal brow lift

  • Endoscopic midface lift

  • Endoscopic face lift

  • Endoscopic neck lift

  • Optional: deep neck lift via a small incision under the chin

The exact combination is determined during the consultation, based on your anatomy and goals.

02 The technique

Through small incisions in the hairy scalp, the temple, and behind the ear, the deep support structures are loosened using an endoscopic camera. The tissue is lifted and fixed with deep sutures and dissolvable fixations (such as dissolvable hooks). The skin naturally follows the new contours.

In a deep neck lift, deep neck fat is removed through a small submental incision and the platysma muscle is tightened to further refine the jawline.

03 Scars

The incisions are concealed:

  • in the hair-bearing scalp

  • in the temple area

  • behind the ear (sometimes within the hairline)

  • under the chin for a deep neck lift

Because no skin is removed, there are no scars in front of the ear as seen with a classic face lift.

04 Additional treatments

Full-face correction is often combined with:

  • upper and lower eyelid surgery

  • lipofilling (fat transfer)

  • laser resurfacing

Recovery from the laser treatment takes place during the same period as recovery from the face lift, so no additional downtime is required.

05 Recovery and aftercare

Sutures and mesh sutures

In some cases, hemostatic mesh sutures are used to reduce swelling and minimise postoperative bleeding. These are usually removed between 48 and 72 hours after surgery.

The sutures and any staples are typically removed after about one week.


Neck compression mask

After a neck lift:

  • Week 1: wear day and night

  • Week 2: the mask may be removed more often during the day; wearing it at night is still recommended


Hyperbaric oxygen therapy

If there are no contraindications, we recommend daily hyperbaric oxygen therapy during the early recovery period. This may contribute to:

  • faster wound healing

  • reduced swelling

  • improved blood circulation

  • better scar quality


Connective tissue massage

After a neck lift, we recommend starting connective tissue massage of the neck from day 10. This helps with:

  • reducing firmness and hardening

  • improving skin mobility

  • achieving a smoother, more refined contour

    No. Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction repositions the deeper support layers of the forehead, brow, midface, jawline and neck through small, hidden incisions. In principle, it does not require the preauricular skin excision used in a classic face lift.

  • Why choose Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction instead of “tightening skin”?

    Because Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction addresses ageing at its source by anatomically repositioning the deeper layers. This typically produces a more natural result, reduces the risk of an “over-tight” look, and avoids visible scars in front of the ear.

  • Is Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction suitable for everyone?

    No. Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction works best with good skin elasticity and limited skin excess. With significant skin excess, a classic face lift may sometimes be a better option.

  • Will I look like a different person after Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction?

    You will still look like yourself. Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction is designed to restore contour, balance and softness so you look fresher and more harmonious.

  • When will I see results from Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction?

    Most people are socially presentable after about 2 weeks. The final result is typically assessed around 3 months, once swelling and tissue response have fully settled.

  • Can my facial expression be temporarily different after Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction?

    Yes. Due to swelling and temporary irritation of small nerve branches, facial movement or symmetry can feel different for a while. This usually resolves on its own over the following weeks to months.

  • Can Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction be combined with eyelid surgery, fat transfer, or laser?

    Yes. Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction is often combined with upper and/or lower eyelid surgery, lipofilling (fat transfer), and laser resurfacing to improve lift, volume and skin quality as one integrated plan.

  • Is a Deep Neck Lift always necessary with Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction?

    No. A deep neck lift is optional and is added when there is deep neck fat, visible platysmal banding, or an obtuse cervicomental angle that is unlikely to improve sufficiently with an endoscopic neck lift alone.

  • How long do results from Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction last?

    On average, 8–15 years. Ageing does not stop, but Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction provides a long-lasting younger baseline.

  • Can I still have fillers or Botox after Full-Face Endoscopic Facial Correction?

    Yes. If desired, fillers or Botox can be used later for refinement, such as addressing dynamic lines or subtle volume adjustments.
