Francisca van Rhoon is the clinic manager of Gooimeer Clinics and serves as the central point of contact and day-to-day lead within the organization. With extensive experience in healthcare and clinic operations, she has been closely involved from the very beginning in the development and establishment of Gooimeer Clinics. She maintains a sharp overview of the processes, teams, and quality structures required to run a clinic at this level—and effortlessly bridges vision and day-to-day practice.

Her background is in healthcare, where she began her career as a nurse and surgical assistant. After 2005, she held a range of roles across different clinics, often with strategic and leadership responsibilities. This combination of hands-on clinical experience and organizational talent makes her a natural link between healthcare professionals, patients, and management.

Francisca believes a clinic truly becomes exceptional when professionalism and humanity go hand in hand. With genuine commitment, approachability, and a keen eye for detail, she helps ensure a safe, well-organized, and welcoming environment every day—for patients and for the team.
